Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Restaurant Cook to support the main restaurant team and ensure high-quality food items while managing inventory costs. You will help produce daily menu items, monitor inventories, and maintain a clean, sanitary work area to meet health standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of relevant cooking experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift 35 pounds.
• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate daily menu items for daily menus and events.
• Control daily and weekly inventories.
• Communicate supply needs to the head cook and supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in line with health codes.
• Ensure production aligns with menu counts and minimizes waste.
• Close and sanitize work area at end of shift.
