You will interact with guests, explain menu items and beverage options, and uphold high hygiene and service standards while supporting daily restaurant operations and shift routines.

Qualifications

• Experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of order of service and proper placement of table settings.
• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple duties.

Responsibilities

• Serves assigned seating section of dining area in a professional and gracious manner.
• Provides detailed information about menu items and culinary terminology.
• Leverages knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits.
• Interacts graciously with the public and handles multiple duties.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and adheres to POS procedures.
