Qualifications

• Experience in serving food and beverage.
• Ability to work autonomously.

• Thorough knowledge of order of service and proper placement of table settings.
• Thorough knowledge of food, including preparation and culinary terminology.

Responsibilities

• Serves assigned seating section of dining area in a professional and gracious manner.
• Utilizes knowledge of food and culinary terminology to describe menu items to customers.
• Leverages knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits to enhance the guest experience.
• Interacts graciously with the public and handles multiple duties.
• Follows pre-shift and post-shift routines and maintains POS procedures.
