Responsibilities

• Escort and seat guests efficiently while managing dining room flow
• Manage reservations in person and by phone
• Maintain accurate reservation information and communicate guest needs to the team
• Take, coordinate, and deliver room service orders with warmth
• Monitor guest experience and proactively address needs
• Communicate with servers, managers, culinary staff, and other departments
• Support dining room team as back waiter when needed
• Maintain professional appearance per standards
