• Manage dining reservations in person and by phone.
• Maintain reservation information and communicate guest needs to the team.
• Take, coordinate, and deliver room service orders with warmth.
• Monitor guest experience and address needs proactively.
• Communicate with servers, managers, culinary staff and other departments.
• Assist dining room team as back waiter when needed.
