Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Responsible Beverage Service Certification (RBS) and ABC Server ID required.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum two years of restaurant service experience.
• Luxury or ultra-luxury property experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet restaurant guests and manage reservations with a professional, gracious manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, prices, and preparation times.
• Know wine, beer, and non-alcoholic selections and proper glassware.
• Assist with opening side duties and staffing needs for service.
• Handle guest inquiries and communicate requests to servers and kitchen.
