Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler Certification.
• Responsible Beverage Service Certification and ABC Server ID.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Two years of restaurant service experience; luxury property preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and coordinate reservations and seating.
• Provide information and support to guests in a professional and gracious manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, prices, and preparation methods.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor regulations and VIP guest handling.
• Communicate meal requirements to servers and kitchen; manage guest relations.
• Adhere to payment, cash handling and service standards.
