The role partners with Culinary, Marketing, Events, and Hotel Operations to maintain luxury standards, drive financial performance, and develop future leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive F&B leadership experience in luxury settings.
• Experience leading multiple restaurant and bar operations.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for Lorea Restaurant, Treehouse on PCH, and other outlets to ensure luxury service.
• Coach managers and hourly staff through real-time feedback and hands-on leadership.
• Partner with Culinary, Marketing, Events, and Hotel Operations to deliver memorable dining experiences.
• Monitor service metrics and guest feedback to drive coaching and improvement.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, costs, and inventory to support profitability.
