Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson invites a skilled Yoga Instructor to lead immersive sessions for guests in a luxury spa setting. You will design mindful classes, guide breathing and alignment, and work with the Spa & Wellness team to tailor offerings for all levels.

The role emphasizes guest-centric care, collaboration with hotel teams, and ongoing learning to elevate the wellness journey across seasons.

Qualifications

• Yoga Alliance Certification (RYT 200 or higher) is required.
• 2+ years of teaching yoga in hospitality, wellness, or fitness environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt instruction for diverse audiences and physical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead group and private yoga sessions for guests of all levels.
• Customize classes based on guest preferences and goals.
• Maintain a clean, tranquil studio space per brand standards.
• Provide guidance on breathing, alignment, and mindfulness.
• Promote yoga offerings through guest interactions and communications.
• Collaborate with Spa & Wellness leadership to develop seasonal schedules and events.
