Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson's Catalina Foothills is seeking a dedicated Massage Therapist to deliver exceptional spa experiences. You will offer Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and prenatal massages, maintain a serene environment, and ensure every guest feels cared for.

Qualifications

• Current state license or certification in massage therapy required.
• Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, and contraindications.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills; maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with spa booking systems and basic computer skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal massages per spa menu.
• Conduct pre-treatment consultations and adjust services accordingly.
• Recommend treatments and wellness products to guests.
• Greet guests and guide them through the spa experience.
• Maintain calm, clean treatment rooms and stocked supplies.
• Report hazards and issues to Spa Manager.
• Maintain accurate treatment records in property systems.
• Assist with inventory and promotions as directed.
