The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, proper storage of china, glass and silver, and supporting the kitchen staff to uphold top sanitation standards while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to convey information clearly and work under pressure.
• Maintain composure and objective when stressed.

Responsabilités

• Operate the dish-washing equipment to ensure all china, glass and silver are cleaned thoroughly.
• Replace all clean china, glass and silver in proper storage locations and minimize breakage.
• Wash pots, pans and kitchen utensils and store them properly.
