• Sweep and mop kitchen and restaurant floors.
• Empty garbage from Food and Beverage areas into the hotel dumpster.
• Maintain cleanliness of back dock and dumpster area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.

He/she is also responsible for assisting with properfood storage and rotation.
