Azul Hospitality seeks an experienced Chef to direct food preparation, production and control across resort outlets. You will lead lead cooks, line cooks, prep cooks and stewards, set standards, and ensure quality, safety and profitable operation.

You will develop menus, monitor costs, and coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences, while training staff and maintaining high culinary standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for staff and interdepartmental liaison.
• Experience with cost control, budgeting and food cost management.
• Proficiency in menu development and recipe costing.

Responsabilités

• Direct food preparation, production and control for all outlets.
• Lead cooks, line cooks, prep cooks and stewards; supervise staff performance.
• Ensure safety, sanitation standards and cost controls are met.
• Develop new menus and monitor quality and presentation.
