Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of food and wine. Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
• Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders and delivering items efficiently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with beverages and meals through impeccable service.
• Adhere to standards and make suggestions for upselling menu items.
• Accurately take and place orders and manage billing.
• Maintain and clean restaurant equipment and ensure organization.
