Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant security experience or training.
• Previous hotel security experience preferred.
• Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid Guard Card (California) and RBS certification required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor per lodge standards.
• Conduct regular patrols of guest areas, parking facilities and grounds.
• Monitor CCTV and access control; report irregularities promptly.
• Respond to medical emergencies, alarms, and incidents; coordinate with responders.
• Enforce hotel policies and safety procedures; document incidents in logs.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests and staff; assist with lost-and-found.
