Job summary
San Diego Mission Bay Resort is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security of the 357-room resort on Mission Bay. You will conduct patrols, respond to emergencies, and supervise the security team while promoting safe work practices and exceptional guest experiences.
The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication, and adherence to safety regulations, supporting the resort's 24-hour security operations and guest satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of security experience, preferably in hospitality or customer service.
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of security operations and safety regulations.
- Experience monitoring CCTV, alarms, access control systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols to secure the resort.
- Respond to guest and employee emergencies promptly.
- Prepare incident and investigation reports.
- Supervise and coach Security Officers to maintain high standards.
- Ensure OSHA standards and safety practices are followed.
