Santacruz, a resort-style hotel in Colorado Springs, is searching for a new Director of Sales. This pivotal role leads sales strategies, manages the Group Sales team, and ensures alignment with brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of senior experience in Sales & Marketing within luxury hotels, solid budget management skills, and excellent communication abilities. The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000 plus potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a senior role in Sales & Marketing, preferably in luxury hotel segment.
• Knowledge of group meetings, catering events, and conference markets.
• Familiarity with resort operational areas.

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategy for the direct sales effort and oversee the Group Sales team.
• Ensure departmental strategies align with brand service strategy.
• Manage financial aspects of the direct sales budget.
