Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager for our Santa Cruz resort portfolio, focusing on group, corporate, and association sales. You will identify opportunities, cultivate relationships with meeting planners, and work with operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The position offers a competitive base salary plus quarterly bonus potential up to 20%, plus benefits such as health and 401(k). Travel as needed and growth opportunities across the Pyramid family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in group, corporate, and association sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit and secure group, corporate, association, and other key market segment business.
• Develop a strong pipeline of new and repeat business through prospects, networking, and client outreach.
• Build relationships with corporate decision-makers, meeting planners, and association executives.
• Conduct outside calls, site visits, and client entertainment to generate new business.
