Job summary

Schlossandassociates in a remote Blue Ridge Mountains resort seeks a seasoned hospitality leader to manage the resort's signature restaurant with a focus on dinner service. The role drives Forbes Five Star standards through a premier beverage program and luxury service.

You will lead and develop the Food & Beverage team, coordinate with departments, and apply financial acumen to maximize profit while delivering genuine hospitality to guests.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in a luxury hospitality fine-dining restaurant, ideally in a resort setting.
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality principles, beverage concepts, and trends.
• Experience with Forbes Five Star standards.
• Certified Sommelier, preferably Advanced Sommelier.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservations management systems.
• Ability to learn and use resort POS software.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the daily operation of the resort's signature restaurant, with a focus on dinner service.
• Elevate service and beverage programs to support Forbes Five Star goals.
• Manage F&B department functions and coordinate cross-department communication.
