Qualifications

• 4+ years in luxury or Michelin-star restaurant management.
• Valid Food Handler’s card and Forbes service standards knowledge.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and wine knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Oversees development and implementation of departmental strategies and brand initiatives.
• Ensures F&B operation meets brand standards, drives guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Leads menu design, wine lists, training and opening preparations.
• Manages costs through scheduling, budgeting, procurement and inventory control.
• Maintains high visibility, recognizes staff, and delivers consistent, premium service.
