Edgewood Tahoe Resort in South Lake Tahoe, NV, seeks a Pastry Cook to contribute to our Forbes-rated luxury culinary program by preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods with exquisite presentation.

You will follow established recipes, assist in menu development, maintain strict sanitation, and work across outlets including fine dining, cafe, in-room dining, and banquets. Minimum 1 year of pastry or baking experience required; ServSafe is a plus.

Qualificações

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong technical skill.
• Creative pastry development and high-end presentation.
• Ability to follow detailed recipes and plating guides.
• Strong understanding of pastry techniques including lamination, chocolate work, custards, mousses, and plated desserts.
