Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Part-time Package & Freight Specialist to efficiently receive, process, and deliver packages, freight, and convention materials across Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. You will support the Business Services Center and Package Room while upholding Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond service standards.

The role requires at least two years in shipping/logistics and the ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years of shipping/receiving or logistics experience in a large-scale resort/hotel environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience handling convention freight or large-volume receiving preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems, inventory tracking software, shipping platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience operating manual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with guests, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, document, store, and distribute incoming packages, freight, and convention materials.
• Process outgoing shipments using approved carriers and tracking procedures.
• Coordinate timely delivery of packages to guest rooms, meeting spaces, and venues.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, inventory logs, and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Support daily operations of the Business Services Center and Package Room.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Assist convention and group clients with freight receiving, storage, and logistics needs.
• Collaborate with resort departments and vendors to resolve shipment issues.
