Job summary

The Package & Freight Specialist at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore supports the efficient receipt, processing, and delivery of packages, freight, and convention materials to guest rooms, venues, and outlets.

This role, based in Las Vegas, requires at least two years in shipping/logistics within a luxury resort or hotel environment, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to operate pallet jacks and related equipment while upholding Wynn's Five-Star standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in shipping/receiving or a large resort environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and inventory tracking software.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and shipping equipment.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute packages and freight.
• Process outgoing shipments with approved carriers and tracking.
• Deliver shipments to guest rooms, meeting spaces, and venues.
• Maintain shipment records and inventory logs.
• Support Business Services Center and Package Room daily operations.
• Operate material handling equipment safely.
• Assist convention and group clients with logistics needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and couriers to resolve issues.
• Follow safety policies and service standards.
