Job summary

The Westin Cocoa Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a senior hotel operations leader to direct Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Engineering and Security under the General Manager. This role focuses on delivering anticipatory, personalized service across eight dining outlets and a high-volume event calendar.

You will drive Forbes Four-Star readiness, oversee labor and costs, and partner with Sales to grow occupancy and conference business while maintaining Westin brand standards and a best-place-to-work

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hotel management experience at the Department Head level or above.
• Prior experience leading a large, multi-outlet upper-upscale or luxury resort or hotel.
• Strong financial management and guest-service excellence mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own guest experience and problem resolution across all departments.
• Lead pre-opening planning, staffing, systems readiness and ramp-up.
• Partner with Sales to grow occupancy, group and conference business.
• Manage budgets and operate to Forbes Four-Star readiness and brand standards.
