Job summary

The Westin Cocoa Beach Resort & Spa in Cocoa Beach, Florida is seeking a senior operations leader to direct Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Engineering and Security, delivering Forbes Four-Star service and a superior guest experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will own guest satisfaction, lead a large team across eight dining outlets and event spaces, drive revenue, control costs, and partner with sales to grow occupancy and group business while ensuring safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hotel management at a senior level.
• Experience leading a large, multi-outlet luxury resort or hotel.
• Pre-opening or new-build experience strongly preferred.
• Strong service-excellence mindset in luxury guest service.
• Westin or Marriott brand experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards desirable.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Own guest experience and resolve service gaps across all departments.
• Lead Forbes Four-Star readiness and training.
• Be visible on the floor and model guest engagement.
• Assist GM with forecasts, budgets, and staffing.
• Collaborate with Sales to grow occupancy and group business.
• Champion use of technology and AI in operations.
• Direct Rooms, F&B, Spa, Engineering, Security to deliver Forbes Four-Star service.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all areas.
• Plan pre-opening staffing and systems readiness.
