Westin Cocoa Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary team and craft menus for its outlets and catering. You will drive revenue growth, manage production, and ensure top-tier quality and presentation across all venues on the Space Coast.

We seek a creative leader with strong business sense, who mentors staff and maintains the highest standards of food safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume hotel catering and fine dining.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Up-to-date with culinary trends.
• Creative with energetic team leadership.
• Financial planning and cost control experience.

• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary team to execute at a high level and develop menus.
• Oversee kitchen operations including procurement, production, and presentation.
• Develop recipes and cost controls; manage line checks and schedules.
• Recruit and develop staff; ensure safety standards.
• Participate in capital projects and management meetings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
