Job summary

Barnsley Resort is seeking a Merchandising Manager to lead product planning across retail channels, collaborating with resort teams and vendors to optimize assortment and profitability. You will analyze sales data, manage lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, and coordinate with marketing for events and launches.

The role reports to the Director of Golf and requires a creative, commercially minded professional with luxury resort experience and strong Excel/data skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail/hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with merchandising/data tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast seasonal profits and optimize sales and profitability.
• Develop merchandising plans aligned with marketing and promotions.
