Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Knowledge of basic home maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest units and common areas.
• Address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues.
• Maintain and repair swimming pools and hot tubs.
