Job summary

Aspen Alps Condominium Association is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain luxury resort facilities, guest rooms, and common areas to high standards. You will perform inspections, repair building systems, and respond to requests from guests and staff.

The role requires technical abilities in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting, with a valid Colorado driver’s license. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected; operate Aspen Alps vehicles and work

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or engineering experience in hospitality, luxury residential, or resort setting.
• Working knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment or materials as required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems as needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest and staff service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe, and orderly condition.
• Assist with property improvement projects, seasonal preparations, and emergency maintenance as required.
• Uphold all safety standards, resort policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
