Job summary

Moving Mountains is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance duties in managed luxury homes across Steamboat Springs, CO. The role requires hands-on expertise in home maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across plumbing, electrical, AV equipment, appliances, boilers/HVAC, painting, and more.

The candidate should have 2+ years of property maintenance experience, a clean driving record, and be flexible for weekend work.

Qualifications

Must have and maintain a clean driving record to drive company vehicles.
High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of property maintenance experience and/or training.
Knowledge of property management, home maintenance, carpentry, irrigation, plumbing, electrical, AV, spa and appliance maintenance.
Willingness to assist in any role, flexible hours and weekend work.
Valid driver’s license or CDL with a clean record; ability to drive large vehicles.

Responsibilities

Maintenance
Weekly Property Checks; Weekly Trash and Biweekly Recycling Removal
Landscaping; Irrigation Maintenance
Snow Removal; Create Estimates for Repairs
Scheduling and coordination of property maintenance
Post departure and PreArrival Property Checks
Home inspection, evaluation and repair
Vehicle preventive maintenance and repair
Documentation of time worked and tasks completed for billable and nonbillable time
On-call response as directed by reservations
Performs other related duties as assigned
