The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of maintenance experience in hotel or resort settings, with HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, light carpentry, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience 2-5 years in hotel/resort maintenance.
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical skills.
• Light carpentry and painting/wallpaper knowledge.
• Pool operation certification preferred.
• Must read/write English and have good communication.
• Meet minimum age requirements.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
