Job summary

Three Waters Resort & Marina in Islamorada, FL, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to uphold our high standards of quality and safety across hotel mechanical and electrical systems. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and installations and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in hotel or resort maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in hotels or resorts.
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical skills are required.
• Light carpentry and painting/wallpaper knowledge.
• Pool operation certification preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and read/write English.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
