Nemacolin Woodlands, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations across hotel rooms, condos, luxury homes, and public spaces within a luxury resort.

You will drive guest satisfaction, associate development, safety, and financial performance while maintaining the high care standard expected in this world‑class destination. You will manage staffing, training, and performance in a hands‑on leadership role, ensuring timely payroll and adherence to budgets while supporting sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s or four‑year degree preferred.
• 1‑2 years of Housekeeping Manager experience in a luxury resort setting, with international staff experience.
• Proven track record of staff development and retention.
• Superior customer service training and an outgoing, guest‑focused approach.
• Basic mathematical ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across rooms, condos, luxury homes, and public spaces.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through VIP inspections and timely follow‑ups on concerns.
• Train, mentor, and engage associates to maintain service standards.
• Maintain safe, compliant daily operations with proper staffing and safety audits.
• Support budget processes and payroll accuracy; review financial reports and schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales and executives to drive group business and experiences.
