Job summary

Nemacolin seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations across hotel rooms, condos, luxury homes, public spaces, and other areas. You will align guest satisfaction with safety, development, and financial performance while leading a hands‑on team in a luxury resort setting.

You will manage scheduling, audits, and training, collaborate with resort leadership and Sales, handle VIP experiences, and drive continuous improvement to sustain a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading housekeeping in a luxury resort setting.
• Strong customer service, staff development, and retention track record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across rooms, condos, luxury homes, public spaces, and dry cleaning.
• Drive exceptional guest experiences through responsive service and VIP room inspections.
• Develop and mentor a capable housekeeping team with training and performance feedback.
• Ensure safety protocols, audits, and hands-on support for operational needs.
• Manage budget, payroll, and daily financial reporting; support annual operating budget.
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership to support group business and experiences.
• Coordinate communication and administrative deliverables with executives and owners.
