Job summary

Nemacolin is seeking a Falling Rock Hotel Manager to lead a premier luxury experience. You will shape culture, drive operational excellence, and ensure personalized service across guest services, housekeeping, and guest-facing operations.

You will manage labor, budgets, payroll, purchasing, and cross-functional partnerships to uphold Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond standards in a resort environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive hotel leadership experience.
• Experience with luxury hotel or resort operations preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets and labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest services, pre-arrival concierge, indulgence desk, housekeeping and guest-facing operations.
• Balance associate development, service standards, labor management and financial stewardship.
• Cultivate a culture of hospitality and service excellence across departments.
• Oversee purchasing controls, scheduling and departmental resources for long-term success.
