Job summary

Nemacolin is seeking a Falling Rock Hotel Manager to lead people, culture, and operations behind its renowned luxury experience in Pennsylvania. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including guest service operations or hotel management.
• Previous luxury hotel or resort experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing operational performance.
• Experience managing labor, budgets, purchasing, payroll, and departmental financial performance.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality service standards, guest recovery, and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel operating systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest services, housekeeping, and guest-facing operations to deliver personalized service.
• Balance associate development, service standards, labor, and financial stewardship.
• Provide visible leadership and proactive communication across hotel and resort departments.
• Maintain polished, impeccably maintained guest rooms and public spaces to meet luxury standards.
• Partner with food & beverage, lodging, and resort leadership to optimize guest experiences.
• Contribute to shaping service culture and guest loyalty while ensuring operational excellence.
