Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department at a luxury resort. You will supervise the team, conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas, and collaborate with the Director of Housekeeping to maintain exceptional service levels.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 2+ years in luxury resort housekeeping, and solid skills in MS Office and Opera.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of housekeeping experience in a luxury resort.
• Intermediate MS Office skills; Opera experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and understand workplace language(s).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and service quality.
• Mentor, coach, counsel and train housekeeping staff.
• Build and lead a high performing housekeeping team with the Director of Housekeeping.
• Oversee use of Workday/recruiting systems for staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure safe working conditions and proper training.
