Job summary

Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the Housekeeping Houseperson team and ensure all areas are serviced to Omni Standards. The role includes guiding staff, coordinating floor care, and responding to guest requests with a calm, professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of housekeeping experience, with supervisory experience strongly preferred, and must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months housekeeping / environmental services experience, with hotel housekeeping preferred.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to guest requests and directs others to complete guest requests.
• Leads floor care team and ensures floor care responsibilities.
• Ensures cleanliness of chute rooms and guest room corridors.
• Checks linen room closets and vending machine area.
• Assists in moving furniture and provides guidance to Houseperson team.
