Job summary

Kiawah River Hospitality Group LLC, operating Auberge Resorts Collection properties, is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences on Johns Island, SC. You will take orders, upsell items, input to POS, and maintain a pristine dining room with top-tier service standards.

Candidates should have at least one year in hospitality, knowledge of food and wine, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. State and local certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Take orders accurately and promptly, input into the POS system, and handle billing.
• Relate with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals, maintaining high service quality.
• Assist with upselling menu items while adhering to Auberge Resorts Collection standards.
• Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings.
• Ensure the dining area is tidy and follows safe food handling procedures.
