Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lana’i on the island of Lana’i is seeking a Landscape Worker 3 who shares a passion for excellence and has hands-on grounds keeping skills. You’ll operate landscaping equipment, assist with irrigation, and help maintain resort grounds to the highest standards while supporting a safe, collaborative team environment.

The role requires legal US work authorization, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work a seven-day schedule.

Qualifications

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States.
• The hospitality business operates seven days a week; holidays and weekends availability is required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed.
• Ability to work in a wide range of environmental and physical conditions.
• Hawaii Driver’s License/Drivers Abstract required.

Responsibilities

• Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment, including heavy machinery, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment, while performing routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, turf care, planting, and general upkeep of resort grounds with a focus on quality and safety.
• Monitor equipment performance, report maintenance needs or operational issues, and provide updates on assigned projects and work activities as needed.
• Support daily operations by directing assigned team members, transporting employees to and from job sites when required, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to established standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and exercising proper care of company property, equipment, and facilities.
• Performs lifting and other physically demanding duties as required.
