Four Seasons Resort Lanai is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into every task. This role supports daily shift operations to uphold luxury standards and Forbes Five‑Star service.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States
• Willingness to work a 7-day, 24-hour schedule
• Ability to stand, lift up to 30 lbs
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in Housekeeping

Responsibilities

• Supervise Housekeeping staff across guest rooms, public areas, and designated spaces by interviewing, training, mentoring, and coaching team members to consistently meet Forbes Five‑Star and Five‑Diamond standards
• Conduct performance evaluations, administer corrective action when necessary, and ensure accurate daily labor reporting and timely bi‑weekly payroll submission
• Maintain clear communication and provide prompt follow‑up on operational issues, guest requests, and special requirements
• Schedule staff and coordinate daily assignments, overseeing the smooth start and execution of each shift
• Monitor team performance to ensure productivity goals, quality standards, and guest expectations are consistently achieved
• Perform daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and Sensei Wellness spaces to uphold the highest luxury and operational standards
• Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, accommodating special requests whenever possible
• Interact with guests in person and by phone while consistently upholding Four Seasons benchmark service standards
• Take proactive measures to ensure the safety, security, and well‑being of guests and employees
