Spire Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent for The Roost at Topnotch Resort in Stowe, VT to warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay, ensuring seamless experiences from arrival through checkout.

You will work with the front desk team to craft memorable visits, share local information, and coordinate requests to create lasting impressions for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Knowledge of SMS Host is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check in/out at arrival.
• Review arrivals and accommodate notes and requests.
• Pre-register and produce key packs.
• Handle guest requests and follow up.
• Assist with cashier duties and balance bank.
• Answer phones and take reservations.
• Coordinate with Rooms and other departments.
• Maintain neat work area and report safety hazards.
• Operate front desk duties during shift.
