Job summary

Cabot Citrus Farms is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our Brooksville, FL team. The role focuses on handling inquiries, booking tee times, accommodations, and guest activities while coordinating the guest journey from arrival to departure.

You will manage CRM data, assist multiple departments, and contribute to a high-standard guest experience in a premium golf resort environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience required.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments.
• At least 1 year of Reservations Agent or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador for the property, handling inquiries, booking tee times, accommodations and activities.
• Coordinate guest itineraries and direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Maintain and organize CRM data and guest information.
• Train Reservations team members and maintain system knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with guests and internal departments.
