Job summary

Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada, FL, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead one of our dining venues (Atlantic Edge, Mia Cucina, or Nikai) and elevate guest experiences. You will shape operations, mentor staff, and drive exceptional service in a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities include cost optimization, guest satisfaction, and collaboration with the Director of F&B. Strong English skills and luxury hospitality background required.

Qualifications

• Managerial experience in F&B, preferably luxury resorts.
• Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work up to 10 hours a day as business needs dictate.
• Proficient computer skills; Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations for Atlantic Edge, Mia Cucina, or Nikai.
• Partner with F&B leadership to optimize costs and profits.
• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
