Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa on Del Monte Golf Course in Monterey, CA seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to assist department heads in overseeing F&B operations, ensuring health and safety standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, train, schedule, and coach staff while managing budgets and menu development.

Lead a team in a luxury hotel setting, drive revenue, and uphold service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in food and beverage management in hotel/resort settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Proficient in menu planning and development.
• Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
