Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively and handle change comfortably.
• Flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Responsibilities

• Create custom travel itineraries and make reservations for guests.
• Assist guests with exceptional communication and attention to detail.
• Track ancillary revenue booked and resolve guest complaints.
