Job summary

Andaz Miami Beach is seeking a Resort Manager to lead resort operations, sustain luxury service levels, and drive financial success. This executive role partners with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences and engage a high-performing team in a dynamic Miami Beach setting.

The candidate will oversee Rooms, F&B, Spa, Recreation, and Engineering while upholding Hyatt and Andaz brand standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience within luxury hotels, resorts, or lifestyle hospitality environments.
• Minimum of 3 years in an executive leadership role such as Director of Rooms, Director of Operations, Hotel Manager, or Resort Manager.
• Proven experience leading multi‑department resort or hotel operations with accountability for guest experience, colleague engagement, and financial results.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day resort operations in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Provide executive oversight for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, Spa, Recreation, and Resort Services.
• Ensure consistent execution of Hyatt luxury and Andaz brand standards across the guest journey.
• Champion Forbes-level service behaviors and create memorable experiences reflecting Miami Beach’s culture.
• Maintain a highly visible presence engaging guests, colleagues, and leaders to drive operational excellence.
