Job summary

Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort on Hilton Head Island, SC, is seeking a friendly Concierge to warmly welcome guests and share information about resort amenities and local attractions. You will tailor recommendations, arrange restaurant, transportation, tours, and activity reservations, and handle special requests to enhance every guest experience.

Collaborate with front desk, housekeeping, and other teams to ensure seamless service and prompt responses.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver high-quality Concierge Services, including personalized recommendations and guest assistance.
• Proficiency in managing Reservations for restaurants, transportation, tours, and resort activities.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as greeting guests, handling inquiries, and coordinating information.
• Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on hospitality, problem-solving, and guest satisfaction.
• Prior experience in hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Familiarity with local Hilton Head Island attractions, dining, and activities, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfort using reservation systems, property management software, and basic office technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or tourism is a plus.
