Job summary

You will engage guests, prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities include recipe adherence, upselling beverages, managing bar setup, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience
• Bartending experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of cocktail techniques, beer and wine offerings, and responsible alcohol service
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shift

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and guest preferences
• Recommend cocktails, wine, or pairings based on guest interests
• Ensure beverages meet quality and presentation standards
• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized, attentive service
• Take drink orders from guests and servers accurately and efficiently
• Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service practices
• Set up and break down the bar, ensuring supplies and garnishes are ready for service
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and tooling areas
• Track inventory levels and report shortages to leadership
• Coordinate with servers, barbacks, and culinary teams for smooth operations
