Bishop’s Lodge, Auberge Collection in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Bartender to join its luxurious team. You will craft drinks, engage guests, and uphold the high standards across the bar and dining outlets.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in hospitality, knowledge of spirits and wines, and a polished, professional presence. Flexibility for weekends/holidays is required in this fast-paced setting.

Formación

• One year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a Bartender preferred.
• Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine. Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
• Must be at minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests in beverage and drink preparation, servicing the bar area and the restaurant in a timely manner.
• Relate with guests about needs and satisfaction with beverages, ensuring high-quality service.
• Be knowledgeable about drinks on the menu and standard offerings to guide guest choices.
• Comply with Bishop’s Lodge / Forbes standards in bar and restaurant operations.
• Contribute to beverage sales by knowing drinks, cocktails and menu items.
